TOURNAMENT DATES:  January 17 - 20, 2020

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:   January 5, 2020

ENTRY FEE:  $38.13 for first Singles. $33.00 for first Doubles. $33.00 for additional Doubles. Maximum fee charged per player is $90 plus the processing fees for the number of events you select; EVENT LIMIT: 1 singles, 1 doubles (in same age division) plus 1 mixed.

 

DIVISIONS

Junior Divisions:

Boys/Girls Singles & Doubles, ages 10 & U*, 12 & U, 14 & U, 16 & U, 18 & U

Junior Mixed Doubles, ages 14 & U, 16 & U, 18 & U

 

Adult Divisions:

Men's/Women's Singles & Doubles, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, Open

Adult Mixed Doubles, 7.0, 8.0, 9.0, 9.5+

 

SCHEDULE & FORMAT

 

First match loss consolation will be available for this tournament. EVENT LIMIT: 1 singles, 1 doubles (in same age division) plus 1 special.

*10 & Under events will be on 78' court, Green Ball

​

All matches will be No-Ad scoring, best 2 out of 3 sets, with a match tiebreaker in lieu of the 3rd set (10-point tiebreaker, to win by 2)

 

Please be prepared to play as early as Friday, January 17th; larger draws may have matches held on Monday, January 20th.

 

If fewer than 3 entries are in a division, it may be combined with another appropriate division.

 

OTHER EVENT INFORMATION

 

Seeding information is welcomed and encouraged. When registering, please provide current rating and/or ranking, any significant tournament standings or wins in 2019, team position (if applicable).

 

Players must register at first match playing site 15 minutes prior to start of match. Internet Registrations Only.

 

No times will be given over the phone. First match times will be posted on the Internet.

Juniors may register for the Adult divisions but must play Open division.

 

There are no refunds for withdrawals after the entry deadline or for weather related cancellations.

 

No on-site registration will take place and players cannot be added to draws the day of the tournament.

PARKING

Parking is free at all tournament playing sites. Overnight parking at the playing sites is not permitted
